Who are Chamonix Events?

Welcome to Chamonix Events, the corporate events management branch of our parent company Chamonix Experience. Drawing from our expertise as mountain adventure specialists, we have created a wide selection of top-flight executive services that deliver excellent and inspiring business events and incentives for your clients and employees.

Chamonix Experience has been operating for 20 years in the valley of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, during which the company has developed great knowledge and alpine awareness, as well as an extraordinary reputation for high quality service and safety in the mountains. Our experience in organising multi-day, top of the range activity courses in the Alps, as well as bespoke active holidays for VIP executives and guiding clients in the mountains, has steadily developed our skills in organising exciting events for corporate businesses.

Having recently teamed up with Arctryx our mountain equipent providers and sponsors, we are also very proud to be their chosen guiding compnay tasked with the resposnsibility to organise and manage all of the guides and various mountain clinics for the annual and pretigious Arcteryx Alpine Academy, held each year in Chamonix at the end of June. This is and continues to be an amazing project for us and has given us the opportunity to work with individuals and porfessionals from all over the world, organising multiple parralel activity clinics and seminars over 4 days for up to 500 people. 

We are always excited to work with new clients and are constantly looking for new ways to break the mould of the traditional corporate ski trip to offer inivative, dynamic and valuble event, confernece and incentive solutions.

Meet The Team...

Our Director Sebastien Rougegre

Director and owner of Chamonix Experience and Chamonix Events, Sébastien is a UIAGM mountain guide, skki guide, French qualified ski instructor and an active climber. 

He started his professional career as a PGHM mountain rescuer in Chamonix, before making the decision to become a full-time mountain guide. At the age of 36, Sébastien now has over 21 years' experience in the mountains and has led countless expeditions and events worldwide.

In 2011 he plunged himself into the world of buisness and took over the reins of the company Chamonix Experience from renound Everest Explorer and close friend Russle Brice and began to drive and push the company forward in a quest to get more people into the mountains to share his pasion, knowledge and years of experience, et voila, Chamonix Events was born!

Sebastien's primary role at Chamevents is now tthe conception and creation of our exiciting inspiring and educational activities and programmes, the management and assessment of all aspects of safety, and the organisation of our team of full qualified mountain professionals.


Event Organiser Lucy Arnold

Lucy has lived in Chamonix for 11 years and has worked in the outdoor event instrusrty for some 15 years.

Combining her own pasion for the mountains, her love for meeting new people and her extensive knowledge and understaning of the local area and the Alps, she is the perfect person to take care of the planning, organisation and management of our events from start to finish.

She has a keen eye for detail, vast expeirence working in the luxury travel market and has organised events from 5 to 500 people, so you can be confident in the knowledge that you are in the safest of hands when it comes to the managment of your corporate event, company incentive or confernece trip. 








Our Mountain Guides and Instructors

Here at Chamonix Events, we work with our own home grown, in house team of mountain professioanls, from Ski and snowbaord instructors and high mountain guides to paraglding and mountian biking instrctors.

Our team have all worked with us for many years, know the Chamonix Valley and the Alps intimately and have been especially hand picked for thier pasion, enthusiasm and infectious personalities.
